Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-532

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FACILITIES - FIFTH OPTION TO RENEW SUBLEASE AGREEMENT - JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES FOR SPACE LOCATED AT 900 JEFFERSON COUNTY PARKWAY, GOLDEN, COLORADO

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby exercises the fifth option to renew the Sublease Agreement between Jefferson County and the Jefferson County Board of Social Services for 86,308 square feet at $14.52 per square foot of leased space located at 900 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado, and authorizes the Chairman to sign same. The total annual lease rate has increased to $1,253,192.16, or $104,432.68 per month, reflecting an annual increase of $8,630.80.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
