Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-533

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - CONTRACT - STATE OF COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL AFFAIRS FOR COMMUNITY FOOD AND NUTRITION (CFN) PROGRAM FUNDS

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the contract between the State of Colorado Department of Local Affairs and Jefferson County on behalf of Family Tree, Inc. for receipt of funds in the amount of $4,617.00 from the Community Food and Nutrition Program. Also, that the Board of County Commissioners approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the letter of understanding between Family Tree, Inc. and Jefferson County wherein Family Tree agrees to act as subcontractor under the contract and to be bound by the terms and conditions thereof.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
