Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-536

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - AMEND CONTRACT - EXHIBIT DESIGN PARTNERS, LLC FOR THE LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN NATURE CENTER EXHIBITS

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the August 22, 2000 contract amendment to the July 13, 1998 agreement between the County and EXHIBIT DESIGN PARTNERS, LLC for design, fabrication and installation of interpretive exhibits at the Jefferson County Open Space Lookout Mountain Nature Center. This amendment is a change for additional work to fabricate and install interpretive components and signage for the Nature Center's Observation Room. Charlie Hudson, the County's authorized representative, may approve any change order provided that no combination of change orders increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $468,699.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
