Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-547

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES – FACILITIES – RENEW AGREEMENT – METRO BUILDING SERVICE, INC. FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES AT HUMAN SERVICES BUILDING

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby exercises the Second Option to renew the agreement between Metro Building Service, Inc. and Jefferson County for janitorial services at the Human Services Building.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
