Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-561

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Open Space Advisory Committee Resolution Number 44-00 and execute a Commissioner’s Easement to the Ken-Caryl Ranch Water and Sanitation District for a non-exclusive easement over 1,253 square feet, more or less, to allow for the construction, operation and maintenance of a potable water supply line to provide service to a JCOS facility.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Commissioner’s Easement Deed; 2) the County Attorney’s Office to cause said deed or documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Absent

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
