Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-562

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Open Space Advisory Committee Resolution Number 30-00 and execute a Commissioner’s Easement to the QWEST Corporation, for a non-exclusive easement over 5,900 square feet, more or less, across a portion of Orchard Park to allow for the construction, operation and maintenance of a direct burial phone cable to provide service to the Pleasant View Community.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Commissioner’s Easement Deed; and 2) the County Attorney’s Office to cause said deed or documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
