Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-569

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners does hereby and herewith adopt the findings and recommendations of the Referee, which are incorporated herein by references, as the Board’s final action in regard to the Petitioner’s appeal from the Jefferson County Assessor’s determination of the 2000 valuation for assessment on the property identified by the schedule number(s) set forth.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
