Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-575

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FLEET - PURCHASE ORDER MODIFICATION - HILL PETROLEUM FOR FUEL AND FUEL DELIVERY SERVICES

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the expenditure of an additional amount not to exceed $100,000.00 to Hill Petroleum for the purchase and delivery of fuel, for a total expenditure of $450,000.00

Deliveries are made on an "as needed" basis.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
