Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-577

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION - LICENSE AGREEMENT - CARUTH PROPERTIES FOR PLACEMENT OF CONCRETE PAVERS AT KEN CARYL BUSINESS CENTER

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the License Agreement to accept the installed concrete pavers located at the entrance of the Ken Caryl Business Center at Shaffer Parkway and Ken Caryl Avenue. The developer, Caruth Properties, bore all costs of construction, and the Ken Caryl Office Park Association will bear all maintenance and repair costs. The County contact for this work has been Dixie Shear of the Highways & Transportation Department.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
