Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-578

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the appointment of Rosemary Bennett as a regular member on the Jefferson County Cultural Council to fill unexpired term of Janet Shangraw.

Approves the term of this appointment to be effective date of this resolution, to expire December 31, 2002 or until reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
