Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-579

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the appointments of John "Mark" Eagleton, Tony Gagliardi and Lori Kubic to the Tri- County Workforce Board as members of the Policy Group.

Approves the terms of these appointments to be effective date of this Resolution, to expire March 31, 2002 or until reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
