Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-588

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FLEET - PURCHASE ORDER MODIFICATION - HONNEN EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR BACKHOE LOADER (FOR ROAD & BRIDGE)

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the expenditure of an additional $5,400.00 to Honnen Equipment Company for the purchase of one (1) Extend-A-Hoe attachment for a previously purchased backhoe loader. The amended total purchase order amount will be $73,348.00.

Delivery is anticipated by December 15, 2000.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
