Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-589

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure in the amount of $65,000.00 to Lifecodes Corp. for genetic parentage blood testing services.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
