Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-591

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FACILITIES - SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO JANITORIAL CONTRACT - METRO BUILDING SERVICE, INC. TO ADD ADDITIONAL JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR ARVADA MOTOR VEHICLE OFFICE REMODEL AREA

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby executes the Seventh Amendment to the janitorial contract between Jefferson County and Metro Building Service, Inc.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
