Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-592

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby executes the First Amendment to the Contract between Jefferson County and Reilly Johnson Architecture to include the sum of $67,655.00 (or $6,765.50 per month for ten months) for the design and construction oversight of the Jefferson County Minimum Security Facility.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
