Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-595

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the recommendation made in the Open Space Advisory Committee Resolution Number 55-00 and authorize survey, appraisal, environmental site assessment, title commitment and negotiations for approximately 713 acres of property contiguous to Reynolds Ranch Open Space Park.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
