Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-599

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby executes a Commissioner’s Easement to the Town of Morrison for a non-exclusive easement over a portion of the Mt. Falcon Open Space Park and further execute a release of the Open Space Reverter to allow for the construction, operation and maintenance of two water lines.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Commissioner’s Easement Deed and release document(s); and 2) the County Attorney’s Office to cause said deed or documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
