Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-600

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby executes a Commissioner’s Easement to the QWEST Corporation, for a non-exclusive easement over 2,222 square feet, more or less, across a portion of the Flying J property to allow for the construction, operation and maintenance of a burial fiber optic cable.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Commissioner’s Easement Deed; and 2) the County Attorney’s Office to cause said deed or documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
