Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-605

RE: HUMAN SERVICES – HEAD START – PURCHASE ORDER – WILLIAM SCOTSMAN FOR MODULAR CLASSROOM AT LUMBERG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR HEAD START PROGRAM

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure in the amount of $92,899.00 to William Scotsman for the purchase of a modular classroom for the Head Start Program.

Anticipated delivery: within 30 days of receipt of Purchase Order.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
