Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-617

RE: PUBLIC WORKS – HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION – TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE LIST UPDATE

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a revision to Attachment B of section 5.3.6 of the Jefferson County Policies to replace the existing Attachment B to reflect revisions to the project list and project cost estimates.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
