Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-618

RE: PUBLIC WORKS – HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION – ACCEPTANCE OF ROADS – FRIENDLY HILLS, FILING 12, AMENDMENT #1

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts the following roadways for maintenance and declares them County roads and part of the County road system:

Friendly Hills, Filing 12, Amendment #1

South Deframe Court, from South Deframe Street to CDS
South Coors Street, from West Purdue Avenue to South Deframe Street
South Deframe Street, from West Quincy Avenue to CDS
West Purdue Avenue, from CDS to Easterly Subdivision Boundary

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
