Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-619

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the expenditure of $46,665.00 outlined in the contract for consulting services between the County and Architecture 2000, P.C. for the Existing Conditions Evaluation of the five structures located at the Hiwan Homestead Museum property.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
