Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-626

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the findings and recommendations of the Jefferson County Assessor denoted in the corresponding abatement resolutions and adopts those findings and recommendations as its final action on these abatement petitions.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
