Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-632

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and the Victim Assistance and Law Enforcement Board for the purposes of receiving a grant award of $109,243, and authorizes the Chairman to execute the contract. The term of the contract is January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
