Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-633

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - MOUNT GALBRAITH PARK LEASE FOR RESIDENT PARK RANGER

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Resident Park Ranger Lease between Jefferson County and Bevin Carithers, a Ranger in the Jefferson County Open Space Department, in the amount of $375.00 per month for said residence and $92.24 for utilities.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Lease Agreement.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
