Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-634

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the allocation of the grant award from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Local Law Enforcement Block Grant, an award of $38,827, for the purchase of police equipment, specifically Life-Loc portable breath testers, Lidar radar devices, digital cameras, night vision binoculars, SWAT replacement weapons, law enforcement rifle, and locking rifle racks for the patrol vehicles.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
