Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-635

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the recommendation made in the Open Space Advisory Committee Resolution Number 62-00 and authorizes the expenditure of $50,000 for the pending Option Extension to purchase all of the real estate in Jefferson County owned by the Young Mens Christian Association of Metropolitan Denver which is currently estimated to be 446 acres, more or less, located at 11369 South Foxton Road, Conifer.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the pending Option Extension Agreement; 2) the Treasurer or his designee to make an electronic payment for the $50,000 option extension fee using specific payment delivery instructions to be provided by the Director of Accounting.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
