Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-645

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves renewal of the contract between the State Department of Public Health and Environment, EMS Division, and the County, which will enable Jefferson County to receive up to $15,092.33 in State funds under the State EMS Grant Program for 2000. This approval renews the existing contract which was adopted by Jefferson County Resolution No. CC98-089.

Be it Further Resolved that the Chairman is authorized to execute this renewal on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson County, State of Colorado does hereby and herewith approve the execution of the annual renewal of this contract.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
