Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-648

RE: PUBLIC WORKS – HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION – AGREEMENT – URBAN DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT AND CITY OF GOLDEN FOR FAIRMOUNT AREA OUTFALL SYSTEM STUDY FUNDING

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Agreement between the County, the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UD&FCD) and the City of Golden for the Fairmount Area Outfall System Study. The County’s share of the cost associated with this study is $35,000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
