Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-649

RE: PUBLIC WORKS – HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION – CONTRACT CHANGE LETTER – DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL AFFAIRS FOR GAMING FUNDS FOR GUARDRAIL AND PAVING ON GAP ROAD

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Contract Change Letter #1 between Jefferson County and the Department of Local Affairs to extend the period of performance of June 30, 2001.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
