Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-650

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and W.L. Contractors, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $106,000.00 for traffic signal and traffic control equipment maintenance.

The County’s authorized representative is Kevin French or other person as may be designated by the Division Director or County Administrator. The authorized representative may approve any change order provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than five (5) percent or an amount greater than $111,300.00.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
