Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-651

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and Wenk Associates in the amount of $126,820.00 for design services to provide natural surface trail and trail support facilities. The County’s authorized representative is Charlie Hudson, or other person as may be designated by the Division Director or the County Administrator. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $133,161.00.

Final completion of the project shall be within 120 days from the commencement of work.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
