Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-652

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Lease between Jefferson County and the United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management for the lease of 40 acres, more or less, along Foxton Road adjacent to the Cathedral Spires Open Space property.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Lease Agreement; 2) the County Attorney’s Office to cause said lease to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
