Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-653

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the intergovernmental agreement to establish a separate legal entity to be known as the Juvenile Assessment Center; and

That the Board of County Commissioners approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the agreement with Jefferson Center for Mental Health relative to the Juvenile Assessment Center.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
