Board Member Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. LEA00-002

RE: LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY - INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - JEFFERSON COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY, JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF AND THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR PATROL SERVICES

Resolved that the Board of Directors of the Law Enforcement Authority hereby approves and executes an Agreement providing for property tax revenues received by the Law Enforcement Authority to be deposited in the Sheriff's Patrol Fund. The Sheriff agrees to provide patrol services, in addition to those he would normally be able to provide to the residents of unincorporated Jefferson County within the boundaries of the Law Enforcement Authority.

Board Member Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Board Member Michelle Lawrence Aye
Board Member Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Law Enforcement Authority of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
