Board Member Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. SS00-03

RE: SOCIAL SERVICES - PAYROLL CERTIFICATIONS FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 1999

Resolved, that the Board of Social Services hereby approves Social Services' payrolls and payments for the month of December 1999.

Board Member Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Board Member Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Board Member Michelle Lawrence Aye
Board Member Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
