Board Member Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. SS00-008

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - COLORADO WORKS AND CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PLAN AND POLICIES; MOU BETWEEN JEFFERSON COUNTY AND THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES FOR ADMINISTRATION OF COLORADO WORKS PROGRAM AND CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Resolved, that the Board of Social Services hereby approves the Colorado Works and Child Care Assistance Program Plans and Policies for 2000; and approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the MOU for administration of Colorado Works Program and Child Care Assistance Program.

Board Member Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Board Member Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
