Board Member Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. SS00-11

RE: SOCIAL SERVICES - CONTRACT - STATE OF COLORADO FOR 2000 COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT FUNDS

Resolved, that the Board of Social Services hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the 2000 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Waiver Contract for submission to the State of Colorado for administration of the CSBG program.

Board Member Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Board Member Michelle Lawrence Aye
Board Member Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Board Member Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
