Board Member Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. SS00-15

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - CONTRACT - STATE OF COLORADO FOR DAY CARE HOMES AND CENTERS INSPECTION AND INVESTIGATION

Resolved, that the Board of Social Services hereby approves the Day Care Homes and Centers Inspection and Investigation contract between Jefferson County and the State of Colorado for the Fiscal Year 2000-2001 in the amount of $318,346.00 and authorizes the Chairman to sign the same.

Board Member Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Board Member Michelle Lawrence Aye
Board Member Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Board Member Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
