Resolved, that the Board of Social Services hereby approves the following listed agreements and authorizes the Chairman or authorized designee to sign when applicable subject to County Attorney approval and completion of all other required steps in the contract review process:

Intracounty agreement with the County Attorney’s Office for Child Support Enforcement

State of Colorado Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Managed Care
Adult Services:
State of Colorado Single Entry Point (SEP) Contract
Seniors’ Resource Center, Inc., (SRC) Medicaid Transportation Brokering Agreement
