Commissioner Sheehan moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC01-023

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure in the amount of $258,048.00 to O. J. Watson Equipment for six (6) tandem truck component packages (sanders, plows, strobe light packages, and other hydraulic system components).

Anticipated delivery: June 2001

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
