Commissioner Sheehan moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC01-024

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FLEET - OPEN PURCHASE ORDER - HILL PETROLEUM FOR FUEL AND FUEL DELIVERY SERVICES

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure of amount not to exceed $400,000.00 to HILL PETROLEUM for the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel including treatment, blending and delivery services.

Deliveries will be made on an "as needed" basis.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
