Commissioner Sheehan moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC01-026

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a renewal of the contract between Jefferson County and THOUTT BROS. CONCRETE CONTRACTORS, INC. in an amount not to exceed $600,000.00 for curb and gutter replacement at various locations.

The County’s authorized representative is Wiley Timbrook, or other person as may be designated by the Division Director or County Administrator. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than five percent or an amount greater than $630,000.00.

The term of the Contract is April 27, 2001 through November 24, 2001.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
