Commissioner Sheehan moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC01-028

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION - FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SOUTH SIMMS STREET (BELLEVIEW TO QUINCY)

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract with Centennial Engineering, Inc. d/b/a MK Centennial to do the additional engineering design and construction services for South Simms Street (West Belleview Avenue to West Quincy Avenue) for the additional amount of $64,600 which will make the total compensation under the contract $526,200. Said "Additional Services" must be authorized in writing by the County’s Authorized Representative.

The County’s Authorized Representative is Brad Bauer or another person as may be designated by the Department Director or County Administrator.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
