Commissioner Sheehan moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC01-199

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Core Services/Independent Living Plan for 2001-2002 in the amount of $3,265,933.00 and authorizes the chairman to sign the Plan between Jefferson County and the State of Colorado Department of Social Services.

Be it further resolved that the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to sign any and all contracts related to this Plan.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Absent

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
