Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC02-634

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30-10-701, the Board of County Commissioners must set the amount of the surety bond for the Treasurer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby sets the Treasurer’s Surety Bond at $50,000.00.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan Absent

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
