Board Member Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. SS02-21

Resolved, that the Board of Social Services hereby approves the Core Services/ Independent Living Plan for 2002-2003 in the amount of $3,263,341.00 and authorizes the Chairman to sign the Plan between Jefferson County and the State of Colorado Department of Social Services.

Be it further resolved that the Chairman of the Board of Social Services is authorized to sign any and all contracts related to this Plan.

Board Member Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Board Member Richard M. Sheehan Aye

Board Member Michelle Lawrence, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of Social Services County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
