Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC03-199

RE: Human Services – Contract – Monarch Youth Homes, Inc. for Residential Treatment Beds for 2003

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners approves the Purchase of Service Agreement between Jefferson County and Monarch Youth Homes, Inc. for 2003 in the amount not to exceed $122,000.00 and authorizes the Chairman to sign the same.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
