Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC04-173

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the appointments of Kathy Hartman and Frank Valentin as regular members on the Jefferson Center for Mental Health Board.

Approves the terms of these appointments to be effective April 1, 2004, to expire

March 31, 2007, or until reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.

Approves the appointment of Larry Kemp as a regular member on the Jefferson Center for Mental Health Board, to fill the unexpired term of Karen Litz.

Approves the term of this appointment to be effective Date of this Resolution, to expire March 31, 2005, or until reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.

Approves the appointment of Carl Blesch as the Jefferson County Commissioner Alternate member on the Jefferson Center for Mental Health Board, to fill the unexpired term of Glen Rhoades.

Approves the term of this appointment to be effective Date of this Resolution, to expire January 10, 2005, or until reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
