Commissioner Sheehan moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC04-185

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between Jefferson County and Tristar Managed Care in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00 for medical bill review services (also known as fee scheduling). The County’s authorized representative is Markie Studwell or other person as may be designated by the County Attorney. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 10% or an amount greater than $66,000.00.

Contract duration from April 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
